What's Going On At The Nursery
Now And Other Related Items
March 13, 2014
Our shipping season has begun and will continue to do so as long as the plants are dormant which is normally in early April. We are also shipping many of our potted items now with most of the others being ready sometime in March or April. As you browse our website we have the availability listed by each plant.
We are working on a rebuild of our website with updated format and pictures and more information to help you have great success when planting your native plants. We also are designing it to make easier to locate the plant you are looking for.
We hope to have our newsletter out by early to mid-March, so what your mailbox or inbox for that.
We will be adding a few new plants to already extensive list of wildflowers, most of which should be ready sometime in April.
Also we putting together some Wildflower Plant Collections which are a collection of plants that do well is specific growing areas or to attract Butterflies, Hummingbirds, Deer Resistant, and many others, we hope to have them on the site by early March.
As far as our Weather, it has been very cold this Winter with temps getting below zero several nights. We have not had a lot of snow this year just several little snows.
Think Spring – While you are stuck inside this winter it is a great time to plan what you are going to plant this season. You can even go ahead and place your order now and then select your ship date for the correct planting time in your area.
We look forward to hearing from you soon. If you do have any questions about plants or anything else now is a good time to contact us before we get busy. Ph 828-733-2417 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Naturally “Wild” Weddings
Do you have a wedding in your future? We may be able to help you make that day even more special. With the marriage of Rob’s Daughter last year, she chose to have a DIY natural Wedding, and we had the honor of providing and handcrafting real garlands, wreaths, Ceremony arrangements, and reception centerpieces especially designed for the outdoor setting she chose. It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful and dreamy day! So we decided to give our customers the same opportunity to add natural details to their Weddings and Special Events. We are making available our beautiful mountain greenery, handcrafted into Garlands, Wreaths, Centerpieces, and many more options to help you add a rustic elegant touch to your event. Please visit our Wedding Page by Clicking Here or call our office for more information.
We are continuously working on and updating our website. We do our best to keep the plant availability and growth stages up to date but as you might imagine these change quickly this time of year and we are also busy shipping so sometimes we get a little behind on this.
