What's Going on at the Nursery

Fall shipping season has begun!! Now is a great time to plant for spring flowers. We have a great selection of wildflowers after a good growing season here at the nursery. Save money by purchasing mature bareroot plants. Our bareroot plants have been raised in our beds here at the nursery and are nice, healthy and most will provide you with magnificent blooms next year. The advantage of Fall planting is the root growth the plants are able to establish during the fall – this allows for the plants to be ready to flourish once spring arrives.

This time of year, as we harvest our plants we pick out the largest ones for shipping in the bareroot form. Then we grade the others out and put them in Gallon, Quart or 3 Inch Pots to get them rooted in for next year. So if you order bareroots plants for fall shipping you will be getting the cream of the crop!

We are also stepping up our seedlings into larger pots to get them rooted in for next year sales.

We know it is early however we are gearing up for our Christmas Greenery Shipping Season. We are redoing our website to make ordering easier and display our items better. We will be adding a few NEW and exciting new items for this year. The best way to stay up to date on new items is signing up for our email Newsletter we send out.

Don’t forget to check out our great Fall Plant Specials!! Order now before they are gone!

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Do you have a wedding in your future? We may be able to help you make that day even more special. With the marriage of Rob’s Daughter last year, she chose to have a DIY natural Wedding, and we had the honor of providing and handcrafting real garlands, wreaths, Ceremony arrangements, and reception centerpieces especially designed for the outdoor setting she chose. It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful and dreamy day!  So we decided to give our customers the same opportunity to add natural details to their Weddings and Special Events. We are making available our beautiful mountain greenery, handcrafted into Garlands, Wreaths, Centerpieces, and many more options to help you add a rustic elegant touch to your event.
